We want you to love your VividCase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide your order number and reason for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
