Refund and Returns Policy

At Vexlyne, we want you to feel confident when ordering. If something is not right, we will review your request and do our best to find a fair solution.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After that period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items should be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, ideally with original packaging intact.

Some items cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, custom-made items, hazardous materials, perishables, and digital downloads.

How to start a return

Please include your order number, the item name, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for photos so we can review the request quickly.

Returns that are approved should not be sent until we confirm the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take some additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Partial refunds

In some cases, only part of the order value may be refunded, for example when an item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is returned after the return window has ended.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If an exchange is approved, we will explain the next steps separately.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
